Carlo studied Biology and Forest Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH Zurich. He earned his Executive MBA at the University of St.Gallen. After his service as army pilot he started his professional career as co-founder of the ETH Spin-off Myclimate, today one of the world's leading providers of carbon offsetting measures.
CTO and Founder, Murray Height
Ph.D. MIT
Murray completed his undergraduate studies in chemical engineering at the University of Newcastle, Australia. He was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue graduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he earned his Ph.D. He later accepted a postdoctoral research position at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH Zurich.
Head of Sales and Marketing, Kristofer Skantze

Kristofer studied engineering at the Lund University, Faculty of Engineering, in Sweden, He started his career at the Swedish IT start-up company Anoto and was responsible for large system development projects jointly together with companies like Hewlett-Packard and Dai Nippon Printing. Prior to joining HeiQ he developed the healthcare business initiative within Anoto in the US and was responsible for development of new sales strategies.
COO, Paolo Savi
Dipl. Ing. Mech. ETH
Paolo finished his studies as mechanical engineer at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, ETH Zurich. He graduated on a project of Zn-ZnO hydrogen production for the Institute of Energy Technology at ETH. He has been working for HeiQ since the very first days as responsible for production. He has successfully built up HeiQ's world unique mass production plant.
CCO, Marco TodescoDipl. Chem. Ing. HTL
Marco studied chemistry at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Winterthur. Prior to joining HeiQ he worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a Quality Control Manager for CILAG Ltd. He was responsible for securing appropriate quality controls according to regulatory procedures (cGMP/FDA), implementation of new regulatory / quality control mechanisms and improvements of existing processes.
